LOCAL SHIPPING AND CHARGES
Orders will be processed and sent out within 5 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. For local deliveries within Malaysia, the shipping fee is RM 25 per order.
International orders are available and it will be shipped via UPS / FedEx. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the designated zones and may be adjusted at any time due to external factors. Zone 1 & 2: RM 100, Zone 3 & 4: RM 180, Zone 5 to 7: RM 260. All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms, meaning the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and additional fees.
If you encounter any damage issue, please contact us immediately at info@the00123.net upon receiving the order. We will first objectively assess the condition of the damaged book before proceeding with the appropriate action. *Refunds apply only to the book itself and do not include shipping fees.
If you need to modify your order details, payment method, shipping address, or recipient information, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, modifications will no longer be possible.
